A while back on this forum I saw some talk about an event where a bunch of mostly vintage race cars "raced" through a small town as part of some sort of festival. My main recollection is a video of a red Cobra replica driving the course which was mostly marked off with hay bales. The course was rally-style, where each car was let out maybe 30 seconds after the previous one and you drove point A to point B before driving back through the pits to line up for another lap. For the life of me I can't seem to find it again - does anyone happen to know what I'm rambling about?

That would, I believe, be the Coatesville Vintage Grand Prix - Coatesville, Pennsylvania. September 16th this year - no charge to spectate.

And, actually, it's hot lapping, like an urban track day - continuous lapping sessions of about 20 minutes per class, morning and afternoon sessions for each group.
