In just a few days, 2024 will be here. Cue the celebrations.
So, where are we going next year? What events are on your schedule? Big ones, local ones or do you just plan on seeing where the wind takes you?

As a North Carolinian I am very excited that Lucky Dog is coming to Rockingham and we are going to try our damndest to race there.
RallyX in Arizona - come on out and play.
1. Teaching Applied Vehicle Dynamics for the Society of Automotive Engineers three times in 2024:
2. GRM $2000 Challenge in April
that's all so far
Sick summer maybe.
Drag Week

Also, not one word about Monzora. I am disapoint.
24 of LeMans. Finally, we had plans to go in 2020, and well, you know.
The 4 northeast Lemons races.
Otherwise, tbd, but the trip to France is putting a big dent in available time off.

i wrote that bio before MonZora came into my life. you have motivated me to write an update. ;-)
I wish the autocross clubs I run with had their schedules out, but not yet... (I need to get them on the calendar BEFORE my wife plans things, She is already booking things for May)
Money's probably going to be tight this (coming) year but I'll try to squeeze in a Challenge entry, other than that just some autocrosses and maybe a couple track days.
I did not (or really, really did) need this reminder of my level of preparation for autocross/track days in 2024 juxtaposed with the proximity of said year.
At least I'm feeling much more prepared than usual for some mountain bike races.
I should start putting MGB project milestones on the calendar, working backward from Bridge City Autosports' AX school...
Future bucket list; all National Solo Tour & ProSolo events, start the end of February at Phoenix and end in Lincoln in September, cross the US 6 times starting and finishing in Oregon at 23625 miles
I am doing 4 SCCA time trials, 2 vintage races and 2 PCA track days.
Autocross is going to be pretty thin this year.......likely won't be more then 2-3.
There are 7 NASA NorCal race events this year, goal is to make it to all of them.
I'll sprinkle in a few other events to fill in gaps. CalClub has a Majors race in 2 weeks at Buttonwillow that I'm considering!
I'd love to do 25 hours of Thunderhill if it happens (no announcement yet).
Hoping to hit as many of the scca races in the southeast as possible and maybe the dragon hillclimb. Also planning on doing an hpde at Road Atlanta and AMP once my lotus is roadworthy
Hoping to build a shop soon, which will unfortunately take over car stuff for a while. May not even make it to the Challenge at this rate, for the first time in years.
I've booked the Canadian Vintage Grand Prix at Mosport. I'll take either the 190E Cosworth or the E30 M3.
I'm also invited to co-drive a buddy's Ferrari at the Targa Florio in October 2024.
