Seen in an article about the upcoming Twingo RWD wagon - not that many will be sold outside of Europe and the UK:

Those are the most futuristic things on an already futuristic car. Are they some kind of LED light or flourescent or what?
I'm guessing they are some type of square LED lights with a protective cover on them.
I would also guess LEDs in an array pattern. Also, that car sounds like it will be awesome! Compact RWD hatch, sign me up!
They are strangely out of place and shocking but less hideous than the current "Lite Brite" trend.
Lame, if that doesn't come here, people will keep buying smart cars. I mean, who would get a Smart if you could have one of those instead?
I bet the production car won't have them. They look like a set of rally lights.
I assumed they were rally. That's why I decided there were white covers on them...

Wa... what??? A regular production French RWD car? What's this world coming to???
According to this article 2015 Twingo it will be rear engined in addition to RWD. Sounds interesting.
They look like sonic emitters of some sort to me, but I am pretty strange.

They seem so strangely out of place that they look photoshopped on. The diffuse lighting makes them look out of focus and fuzzy compared the the rest of the image.
