Crap your an hour south of me.... I'd love to fix it up but space is limited. Let get this thing repaired and on the road again. If you do decide to let it go let me know i'll find room for it.

It was your GREAT GRANDFATHER'S car! The duty has fallen to YOU to fix it up and drive it, in the name of grassroots car enthusiasts everywhere. Everyone loves an good old car story; this is your chance to live it. It is the most meaningful restoration you will ever experience. Your ancestors would be proud. It doesn't matter that its market value won't be great; you won't be selling it anyway.

I was going to say that research the suspension. There is some fairly simple in the whole scheme of things brake swaps to do some 944 brakes on the car. Not sure where it's rusted through, but new pans are out there, and nothing to the cars.
