I thought no fault meant you pay out of your insurance since no fault is assesed. That way full coverage is basically manditory. When my parents where hit in Michigan they got no money for anything despite getting rear ended at a red light. They had liability only which in an at fault state works when you are the victim of an accident

One, duh, if your sample group are the people who left your competition, I bet you can cite some reason like a lower price.
Two, I think the other thirty percent who switched to Geico in spite of it costing more are more interesting. I mean, why switch to a more expensive insurer? Is it a love of talking reptiles?
It is probably the "uninsurables", AKA- the guy that has 3 DUI's, 4 speeding tickets, and 2 at-fault accidents, but still needs to get to work.
I'm ready for a switch myself. Paying $600/6mo for PL/PD for a single 95 model vehicle is ridiculous. Don't even get me started on the whole credit score ruse, especially considering my payment is an automatic withdrawl.
