Windshield, but also the felt window rubbers outside on the door, vent window gaskets etc. Imagine you've just painted a car and need everything.

Got a preferred supplier?

Haven't seen a JC Whitney catalog in a few years but they used to have a fairly long list of such. Some for specific applications & several types that were "universal". I've no experience with same & I suppose one should assume the usual JC Whitney "quality"

The plan is to cut the body leaving one window behind the driver, move the back double doors forward and leave 90 inches of exposed frame from the rear of the body to the rear end of the frame. It's doable, I just have to make another beer run or two.

LMC should have everything you need...

they have mostly truck parts, but i imagine some parts will swap over.

I bought door gaskets for my 82 Chevy van from J C Whitney, pre-formed, They also sell it bulk in a variety of shapes, which sounds like what you might need for a custom job.

I had a 1988 Ford van and I got my gaskets from these guys:  https://www.steelerubber.com/

They carry most everything rubber for American cars.
