Who is the biggest SAAB fanatic on here?

Is there one person that just stands out as loving the brand on here than anyone else? If so post their user name in here and the person with the most nods gets a gift at the end of the day mailed to you at no cost. Seriously!

modernbeat posted in the "Rally in the Woods" thread that he'd be co-driving a Saab 96 rally car at the 100 Acre Wood rally this weekend.

That's the only one that leaps into my mind, but I don't pay much attention to who's a Saab-ite.

I wasn't going to send a box of rusty saab junk to somebody.

It's not much but I got this watch in addition to one I actually ordered on ebay by mistake about a year ago. The seller didn't want it back as they are pretty cheap and sold in bulk. I didn't order a Saab one and I just don't need it so I thought this would be a fun way to get rid of it.

I can't say I'm the biggest fan here, I was just turned onto them recently. Rusted_Busted_Spit is a big fan. I had a Volvo wagon for years, just sold it and bought a 9-5 wagon a month ago. Loving every second of it, couldn't be happier. Does that count?

Powar or something like that likes Saabs.

I've only had 8 of them (well, 7 different cars... the current I already sold once) in 4 years. Not very impressive by Saab fanatic standards....

21 of my 43 cars have been Saabs. I'm not sure if that counts for anything, but I seem to have some sort of sick fascination with them...

isn't slickdizzy always recommending them? Somebody on here recommends the 9-5 wagon on just about every what car thread.

I'm a Saab fan with a watch fetish, does that count? Wife DD's one now and I have a 99 EMS waiting for spring to get some lovin.

My first car accident ever was in one too! Totaled out my dad's pretty black 900S.

I grew up in Saabs (and Volvos). I have owned only Saab 99s and classic 900s (plus one Volvo) in 27 years of driving; at one point I owned three 900s. My current DD (see pic at left) is an 89T I picked up in '98. See also my perennial project car, an 86 that I turbocharged, in the Readers' Rides section. Yes, I am a Saab weirdo.

I don't currently own any SAABs. I junked my 96 and two 95s over the summer. I do still have boxes full of bits (trim, lenses, etc.), two soccerball alloys and a 2 barrel V4 manifold.

I'm a SAAB lover too, but compared some I'm a light weight. I've only owned 6.

Alright 5:30 is here and the work day is dones so judging by the nominations here I'd say Powar is the winner. I sent him a message on here and let him know. Lots more Swedish love on here than I thought.

I had 2 Volvos over the years but never pulled the trigger on a Saab.

I had a lot of fun with my '66 96 Special for about 10 yrs. But that was long ago but still a fan.

There is a guy with a Monte Carlo 3 cyl that ice races with us.

I owned that Saab history book for a few years.
