I may have found the hard way I don't actually want to ride an old freestyle bike, but it causes me pangs because I will always think they're incredibly cool.

Learn from me- or don't. Buy a new school that old farts fit on, but remember the old school fondly. OR- buy a repop like the haro bashguards that are out there with modern geometry.

I'm really liking my 09 Haro Freestyler repop. It still feels like a vintage bike, it's just scaled up to my "adult" size.

Rich koza had the spitting image of that bike. He lived up the street from me the year we lived in town. I was rocking a mongoose at the time.
Love it. Not enough people doing Dynos.
