One of the finest racers of the 60s, and practically the last bastion of British motorcycle racing before the Japanese took over. One hell of a good guy. Kenny Roberts describes him well:

I'll have to go back and watch On Any Sunday again (for the millionth time)...Dick Mann and the rest of those guys were tough as nails to be able to ride the way they did on the bikes of that era.

My dad was one of Dick's (Everyone called him Bugs) close friends. It's amazing to see those guys ride trials on old 300 lb. dirt bikes.
I still find flat track motorcycle racing one of the most exciting motorsports out there.
