Could somebody, tell me why my 79cc harbor freight motor, when I start it, it automatically,takes off @ Max rpm's, I litterly have to shut it down, before she blows, who no throttle, what-so-ever me, is it my carb stuck "WIDE" open............. Somebody " HELP....PLEASE"

Id say carb/governor springs set up wrong. Was it hitting the governor and cycling up and down?
Good chance the governor spring popped off.

No sir, when I started it it automaticaly, went to MAX /rpm's, even no response from throttle, " high or low",
The only cycling it was doing, was nothing, but MAX- REDLINE, HEADED STRAIGHT, TO SURE FAILURE.......
