Apparently they're considering offering kits. I'm sure they won't be cheap.

Next, race the mini-Merlin-powered kart against a self-driving pulsejet-powered one
That's really cool.
If I do the math right, 1/4 scale of one dimensions right, it's just under 500cc (1/4 in three dimensions would be 1/64 displacement), which would be good bike motor....

Yeah, but the supercharger makes it kinda wide...
Looks like he's got a bit of a misfire on the right bank there. It does sound a bit like a Merlin though. I would want to hear under load and full throttle.
Curious what the power output is, and the weight. It would make a really nice (although I am sure wildly impractically expensive) motor for a small homebuilt.
In reply to aircooled :
You took the words right out of my mouth. I want to be behind that thing airborne.

$2995 for the block casting - and just drawings to machine everything else yourself.
And sadly, it seems that kits are no longer being produced.

Project Status (as of September 2016)
No more complete casting sets are available at this time, and the status of the project at present is 'suspended'. One casting supplier (who did the small castings) closed up, and the one that did the large castings appears unenthused about doing more. It is possible but unlikely that more castings will be done. Other engine projects are being pursued.
