I think the answer is goig to be "from motorcycles". Do you need push or pull?
Over-boosted and under engined Supras often had a whole bunch of small fans spread out to cover every possible inch of radiator. I'd have to presume they are fairly impossible to find, unless they are sitting in a pile beside all the functional small turbos that have been replaced by turbos from huge backhoes.
