A couple of hours ago Yahoo had a story about the upcomong Farrelly brothers Three Stooges movie. Their choices for who will [lay Moe and Larry REALLY stink. Larry is "proposed" to be SEAN PENN and Moe is Benicio del Torres. The only choice they were close on is Curley....played by Jim Carrey.

Beside, I am pretty sure there are a LOT of younger people who don't even know who the stooges are! It will be new to them. Their stuff out of date? hell, it's been out of date for almost 70 years!!! Still funny.

Benicio del Torro is a very versatile actor, he could also pull it off.
Jim Carry is a genius, but not much of a character actor. He will not be Curly, he will be Jim Carry playing curly. Same way he destroyed the Grinch.
