The second one should be doable enough, if a bit fiddly. The first one .....eh. you don't want to do that. The amount of line work in that, even at its highest resolution would make it an absolute nightmare to weed, lay on straight, and iron.
For the purposes of both designs, I might suggest looking into someone that can do something called DTG, or direct to garment printing. It's kind of like screen printing, except you use a laser printer and some special materials to print onto a specific paper, and then iron it on. That way you can get as specific as you want, as high of resolution as you want, with little to no danger of htv weeding/cutting/ironing errors.
Unfortunately, I am not currently set up to do DTG (mostly because I have no idea where my laser printer is) or i'd be happy to run them for you.
