uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck.

Earlier today I was having sneezing fits every 20 minutes like clockwork and my nose was literally dripping when I wasn't snorting it back in. It was disgusting.

At around 4:00 PM I finally went out to get some antihistamines and immediately took some. Now my nose is dry but my eyeballs have shrivelled up into crusty little marbles. I can barely see, and my face muscles are tired from squinting.

Seems this spring is going to be pretty rough. Anyone else suffering right now?

Man, don't get me started. I've been struggling for the last 2-3 days. Even w/ all the rain we've had this month, my sinuses are still very swollen. On top of that the "paper cut" that I got on my cornea a few years ago has started to open up again.

Maybe I need to move to Alaska or something....

I've heard eating locally harvested honey . Meaning within 30miles or so of your residence helps build the immune system to fight off the yearly attacks.

Misery loves company – me too. That week I spent up past the Arctic Circle was blessed relief.

Sporadic for me. Some days are better than others. Fortunately, Clariton D (behind the counter OTC) seems to work for me on the bad days.

Does the local honey basically build your tolerance due to it being made from the pollen? (albeit chewed up and regurgitated?)
