I've said too much, I can hear the cement mixer starting up, the HQ will be adding to their skid pad tonight!

Burrito blow out for me normally happens about 15 minutes after eating taco bell. I cannot wait to learn how to avoid it.

I think the answer there is to not consume what they call "food" and instead buy from places where the food is made from actual food-grade products.
