Second the alcohol trick. Really any liquid that will absorb the water, even gas will work. What doesn't drain out will evaporate with engine heat once it's running. An old aviation trick, some old airplanes will purposely mix fuel with a portion of oil to dilute for cold weather starting until engine oil is warmed and the fuel is evaporated out. Alcohol will do the same thing.

I have decided to listen to You People. 

It has finally warmed up into the 50s, so any ice should have melted by now. I removed the oil drain plug again and immediately got about a shot glass full of water out, followed by a little more gray oil. So I capped it off and dumped in 16 ounces of 91% isopropyl alcohol. I’ll let that sit in there overnight and then drain it and refill with oil.
