That's not a smoke house. My great granddaddy had a smoke house. 18x24 "house" that used to be used for smoking but by the time I came along it had turned into a storage area.
It's a big vertical smoker.
Firebox at bottom center and racks about 3/4 way up.
Kinda weird. I sure wish it had an offset firebox.
Propane turkey fryer as well? Seller likes his meats
