Got an email in my inbox asking how long I've lived in Missouri from this email address?
Scam? My email is nowhere on this forum that I can see, so not sure how someone could have contacted me.

How long have you lived in Kirksville? I went to high school there at KCH in 96 and 97. I lived in Bloomfield Iowa back then Chandler"

Your email is known to the forum software cause you put it in when registering. Any time you go to a profile and click "contact" it gives a page where you can write a message and send it. It is done that way so you get to screen whether you want to respond.
Chandler is a regular here, and a pretty decent guy. No spam that i can see.
Pretty sure that would be from Chandler here through the forum's messaging system.
You should probably edit out his email address so he doesn't get bombarded with spam, however...

That's correct. We need to tweak that so it seems less ... umm ... robotic. It's on our to-do list for 2025.

I had no idea my old email was tied to this forum. That was another reason I was suspicious. Anyone know how to change that?
