And we watched the first episode of Danger Man tonight.
I like the first series that was half-hour episodes. I can't tell if it's a Merc 190 or 300SL in the opening.
Also spot the Aston Martin DB Mk3 he drives in "View from the Villa."
The later 1 hour episodes were good too but I don't think more plot was added with the longer run time.
I watched an episode with my 17 y.o. daughter last weekend, as a coincidence. I have a few DVD's that were being discarded by the local library. Watch Episode 12 "A Change of Mind" and tell me it's not prescient.

I always loved the theme song by Ron Grainer. He also did the theme for "The Omega Man" which I love, too.

When they had to replace the character of Dumbledore in the Harry Potter movies, I thought they made a mistake in not taking Patrick McGoohan for that role.
So I'm giving the reboot with Jim Caviezel and Hayley <yum!> Atwell a try. I've finished the first three episodes and I'm trying to decide whether I don't like it because it's too dissimilar to the original or if I do like it because they're picking up the dystopian ball and seeing how much further they can get with it.
In reply to stroker :
Huh. Somehow I missed the reboot completely.
I'm rewatching Person of Interest with Jim Caviezel now, and the reboot of The Prisoner intrigues me. Let us know what you think after finishing the series.
Finished it last night. I was underwhelmed but it's difficult to explain why. They tried to give a "logical" explanation for the existence of The Village, which worked, to some degree, but the ending (Episode Number 6, coincidentally) just kind of fell apart. That's kind of interesting because it's quite reminiscent of the last episode of the first series... I guess all I can suggest is to try and watch the episodes and ask yourself what the producers are trying to say versus following the characters and plot narrative. Each episode focusing on a different emotional driver (hate, love, sanity) being applied against #6 and I think they're trying to get the audience to ask questions about how those relate to themselves. YMMV.
EDIT: For anyone who watches the show, what kind of cars are used as the Taxis? I think they're Tatras. I tried looking it up in the Movie Car Database but the show isn't listed.
