That's about what a rusty shopsmith is worth.
That said, I'd take a free one if it were close.

Grew up around one of them. Dad finally got tired of changing set ups, and a universal machine, that didn't do any of its functions, and started buying table saw, drill press, etc.
Cool machines, though.
