I put a GMG pizza oven in my Pitboss pellet smoker..
It's... ok.
I think the biggest problem is the dough I'm using. My fiancee has Celiac so we are using a store bought frozen dough that doesn't have wheat it in.
I need to make my own, but I've only had the oven for a couple of weeks.
