Hey Atlanta, you don't feel so bad now do you?
This is meant as a joke. If you take it seriously, I will drive my Korean crap box to your house, remove the muffler and do ricer fly-by's until you laugh. Got it?

No point arguing about it and I never hear Southerners insulting Northerners but whatever. If the NOAA is calling for catastrophic ice amounts, it's usually pretty legit and not Southerners just overreacting. Over 100k without power now and predictions of 750k losing power by tomorrow. Don't make much difference who you are or how you drive with what tire, its going to end badly.
This is the sort of stuff that makes northerners make fun of southerners. That is what my truck looks like every other morning. That is what the road looks like on my way to work.
It is no big deal for us.
We will try to keep our ice and snow where it belongs. You keep your hurricanes.

Deal. Last real hurricane was 1989. Last ice storm was 1972. I think we got the better end of that bargain.
Just came back from lunch. snowing like hell. all the melting has refrozen into sheet ice under the new snow. Not a burning car in sight.
Very disappointed.
I'll be doing a test tomorrow to see what it's like.
We're test driving turbo Miatas on summer tires in the snow and ice. It'll be like what they're experiencing now.
I will not be shocked if there's fireballs.
You'll need to log in to post.
