Noticed a ton of NFCU commercials on TV today. Is this an indicator that they are going to follow in USAA's footsteps regarding customer service?

I don't think I've ever seen a NFCU commercial before today...

NFCU = Naval Federal Credit Union? I've never heard of them before.

I wouldn't worry about Navy Fed. Their member service culture is part of their DNA and isn't likely to change.

USAA isn't a credit union so berkeley them.
