Suppose I wanted something like this

But in the range of 13"-18" - does it exist?

I've seen something like that made of what I think is PVC, for what I think is sewer pipes.

I'll give you a hint, it's more 'gas turbine' and less 'automotive'.

If they were for our turbine bellmouths it would be measured in feet, not inches! I am not sure exactly what diameter, but taller than me by a good bit.

In communication with them now, but I need it to be cheap as it's likely we'll need a few dozen of them.

I thought tuna was going to run big coal rolling exhaust stacks on the GMC and wanting to keep the rain out when he parked outside.

Build a buck out of styrofoam circles and coat them with layers of plastidip. Cut the circles in half and stagger the cuts and you can pull them out the back side and reuse them.
