This guy is most likely not Satoshi, this is not his first very suspect attempt to make people think that he is.
Satoshi owns half a billion dollars of legitimately sourced bitcoins - he mined them early on, and then everyone else decided that bitcoins are worth such-and-such amount. Although there's nothing inherently evil about Bitcoin, as a currency it's one of those technologies that seems capable of doing far more harm than good, and that's how it's played out so far.
Blockchains are one of the greatest inventions in cryptography though, and have many positive applications.
