I'm rollin' in a chocolate brown Panamera Turbo S this week. Crikey, it's plush, feeling a bit like a Desperate Housewife trolling for young guys driving this thing.
well .. I'm far from young, but if you're in WNC any time soon start tooting you horn... I'll find you
I am one of the few who LOATHED the Panamera entirely until I spent a couple days with one. Very good car that happens to be a Porsche.
Sitting inside, the Panamera is an awesome car. It's helpful that you can't see what the exterior looks like.
It's weird...an awful (looking) car in an awful color...somehow makes me like both the car and the color. Zero plus zero apparently equals two.

Holy hell this car is big. Working from the library due to intermittent power outages in my neighbourhood. The snout is hanging over the sidewalk, while the old GMC beside it fits comfortably in the spot.

first one I've seen in the wild passed me last week .... you're right ... it's HUGE
Wasn't there a Brown Car thread here at some point? If there wasn't, there should be...
Every time I see the title to this thread, my demented brain starts playing this song!

Visuals are much better on this one!

Indeed. It was even started about this same color.

That's not even the first brown Porsche thread that we've had here.

Wow, I was unaware that 987s were that cheap now. Just 4 years ago, that was a 70,000 dollar car...

I generally like rear ends, but that looks like a squashed Crossfire.
That didn't come out right...

Yeah, its arse is definitely its weak point.

and that, ladies and gentlemen, really is what she said!
I like the Panamera . Yeah it's big. Yeah it's not the prettiest girl at school. But it's one hell of a car.

I was figuring on some UPS references by now. Sheesh people - it's large, brown and hauls! I never thought something like that would be too obvious for this group to comment on!
Ok, as for the car - I like it. The rear end treatment makes the "Bangle butt" of my 750Li look positively wonderful! It's a lot like my car - big, powerful and able to do things that defy its mass and size.
Let's face it people, not everyone wants to drive a Berkeleying (not so) Smart car.
