Yeah, it wasn't just the $500 for the machine, but also paying an hourly employee to sit on hold with tech support. Over and over and over...
They had to have shipped me five or six of them as warranty replacements to replace the one that I bought.
Once I factored in the time my office manager or receptionist spent on hold, it was cheaper to throw it away.
