I just switched from DSL to Cable. Could that somehow be affecting it?

It's been sketchy for the last few days. Keep trying, it'll work eventually.

You can not mention another car forum on this website.

Just kidding, it is working for me.

Yay! Finally can get on. Had lots of problems with my computer. My best friend troubleshoots computers so it cost me a dinner.

I have spent weeks trying to get on and still no luck even though Chet has been very helpful. I am beginning to think my browser is on strike for spending too much time there. Computers can be replaced.

Good advice. No matter what the computer problem may be, getting off IE seems to help.

Is that the computer equivalent of "Miata"?

IE = Bob Costas?

In my case my browser can't find the web site. I have tried pretty much everything. I am using Safari but it won't work with Firefox either. Interestingly I can get on with my wife's computer using the same wireless LAN. As the Locost site is the only one I can't load I suspect some sort of bug from them that not everyone gets. Anyone else have this problem? Solution?

Clear your DNS cache. There's probably a button you can push somewhere, but here's the full scoop: http://www.tech-recipes.com/rx/1802/mac_os_x_clear_dns_cache

Tried it with no change. Also hauled the box to a buddies and locostusa would not load on his network either. So, I think it is a problem in my box. I'll try to reload 10.5 tomorrow. Thx
