Some people are just darn hard to shop for.
But I did have the bright idea of finding something mom or grand-mom like for her 2010 Prius. Alas, I'm having no luck finding such things.
Any of you folk know of anything? I got all excited about the priuscubby thing, but that's for the earlier model.

Car wash gift certificates to a car spa. New wipers.
If it doesn't already have them, the floor mats would be a nice idea- the actual Toyo ones are expensive but nice.
Also on the expensive side, but if the car's windows aren't already tinted, getting them done with the heat-reflecting type of tint helps a LOT on keeping the interior cool and keeping the A/C compressor from having to run as much (assuming she's someplace where it gets reasonably warm).
If you're made of money, get her one of the Plug-In conversion kits and install it for her.
One of those fuzzy steering wheel covers that slips when you try to turn the wheel. That seems to be a favorite with seniors.
Oooh- if she smokes, find an ashtray with a sand filled cloth base and set it in the middle of the dash, unsecured.
Depending on your budget, you could get fancy custom made floor mats (not sure of lead time).
Custom Mats

Window tint in the South, all weather floor mats where it snows.
Get her a roadside kit with jumper cables, flares, etc. if she doesn't already have one.
AAA Membership (never a bad idea)

I now work for a Toyota dealer. Judging by the condition of most Prii that cross my threshold I'd say a stack of interior detail coupons. Prius owners are the biggest slobs of all the product line.
She's a neat-nick, so it's spotless. Already has custom floormats and AAA. Drat, I wasn't finding anything neat and nifty myself either. Thanks for the help.
Maybe a nice set of wheels? Or a suncap for the display? Window deflectors?

BTW, don't look in the suspension section....

NASCAR COT wing. Could be hilarious.
Serious answer: radar detector. My mother loved hers and there isn't "wiggle room" in a Prius for the how fast were you going question (known digital speedometer).
Serious $$$ answer: tires that don't suck. God I wish my parents got Conti DWSs when I recommended them.

I drive a 2010 Prius...what does it say about me? I really need to get a different car...but it's so good at the job it's intended for.
If she's a neatnick, how about a 12V dustbuster?

Weeeeeell, yes and no. There is a digital speedo, so you can in theory see exactly how fast you're going (or not going)- but the Prius speedo is programmed to display a higher speed, about 2mph-4mph faster, than the car is actually going.
