not sure what to think...
I'm guessing that he was trying to graft on the rear section of a wrecked M3 and couldn't pull it off. Nonetheless, I kind of like it.
I'd like it much better if he'd have burned it before wasting perfectly good red paint on an automotive abortion like that. The otherwise great lines of the e30 have been ruined, the near 50/50 balance are off, aerodynamics, aesthetics, everything.
"Just cuz you can don't mean you should" may not have ever rang more true.
[jay] Think good, ninny E36 M3head. Bitch tasted life, yo, now she's ready to settle for your boring comic book making ass. [/jay]
Sometimes I really feel like I don't fit in this forum.
Honestly, if you could, would you really do that to a perfectly good e30?
Would look much better if he just dropped from the back window straight to the bed and not done that abortion blob that is there.
Non m car, why the hell not?

Who's to say it was a perfectly good E30? Maybe he saved it from the scrapper. Maybe he's done a hundred and one "proper" E30s - by whatever your definition may be - and did an oddball one to stave off boredom.
Is the world lacking "normal" E30 builds? Not exactly. Know what there aren't many of? E30 utes.
But I reckon that a guy who builds an E30 ute doesn't really give a rip what anybody else thinks about the build.

I thought I was the only guy here to actually watch Chasing Amy.
The E30mino looks better than the Hondamino.

I'm sure that's correct.

Hell yeah. E30s aren't particularly rare so why not?
I will agree that I do not like the back of the cab and rear window.. but I think E30 pickups are pretty cool. I want to do that to an E34 wagon

Its possible it wasn't perfectly good to start with, who knows. I lie it, even the back window. There's an earlier 3 series like that around here for picking up parts for one of the local mercedes shops here, but nowhere near as nice as that.
