Closed on the sale of our house today!!!

Not sure what I did.  

I'm hoping there is not sarcasm in that statement of "help"

Oh yeah. Up the sale price by $5k and put $5k to buyer's closing cost which nets the buyer a financed closing and less real cash outlay to buy.  

So, did it sell (close) to the people you thought couldn't really afford it?

No sarcasm!!! I wanted to bail on these clowns the whole time. LOTS of hiccups, but the RE Agent and mrs poop trumped my opinion. 

Could we have gotten more money? Probably. Is there a bigass pile of cash in my account right now to buy a FoRS and build a new house? ABSO berkeleyIN LUTELY!

Edit: you know people with tractors, trailers, and who live close enough to trade their transport and temp use building for access afterwards (I would expect).

last year we were the crappy neighbor with all the junk to the rich stuck up woman who always mean mugged me going up her driveway.  They sold the house to rednecks(who i cannot comprehend the ability of to afford a $600k spread) and we cleaned everything up with the new garage and now they're the crappy neighbors who tear around on a utv up by our house even though they have 9 acres behind us.  It's all relative

I requested (demanded) that we'd not be in the same room with them at closing...but they showed up early, so I was forced to meet them in the lobby. 
 

They were actually REALLY nice/excited/thankful.

That said, I hate my ex-next-door-neighbor, and he, like me, hates dogs. They have dogs.
