I really wanted an older CJ-5 or CJ-7 but all I could find were rusted hulks or $15k show Jeeps with chrome chassis. I ended up just buying a new 2012 Wrangler Sport. The dealership accessorized it:

And only for an extra $4k! What a deal! I laughed and told them to take all that crap off.

Well, kind of. David's last name is bailey and that's his nickname. Skyler's parents are just... unique.

This was mine. This pic was taken at the Hampton, SC watermelon festival. Shortly after that trip I bought new wheels and bumpers.

Then a handful of months after that my son drove it off a logging road and went end over end several times. No pics of how it looked with the new wheels or bumpers. That was a fun dd. My insurance company paid me a good amount for it when it was totaled however. In that case keeping full coverage even after it was paid off worked out well. That's my son sitting in it - no idea who that is standing behind/beside it.

When I bought it, I live out in WA and it was hard to find one with AC in it. When I lived in VA for 7 years, I was glad to have the AC.
