Call an exterminator and let them deal with it.
If you can't see the nests easily so you have good access to spray them, it's totally worth the $100 you'll get charged to have someone else deal with it.

Snake a shop vac hose over to where the bees or wasps come out and turn it on. Then poke the nest and run.
Second thought. Don't do this.
In reply to noddaz : wait until it's cold out and knock the nests loose. Stomp them on the ground.
They can't fly when it's too cold.
Almost no chance they are bees. On the off chance they might be just relocate them with smoke. Bees are an important resource and they proved a nice dividend of honey.
