Dual monitor pull-down wall mount?

Not sure if this exists. If it does, can anyone point me to it? If it doesn't, any tips on how to make such a thing?

My wife has roll-top desk that she loves (black). Its currently occupying the office and not leaving. I would like to be able to move my home pc to this desk, however a roll-top desk is not conducive to mounting 2x 22" monitors (blue). I need a magical bracket (green), that will allow me to mount the monitors on the wall behind/above the desk and pull them out/down into position when I need to use them. They probably won't me moved in/out frequently, but it needs to be fairly simple - no tools required.

What about TV mounts mounted sideways?

Not sure the second arm flexes down enough. I have not seen one with both arms flexing. You can add an extension to these, but only the non-flexing part.

I have been trying to figure out a flexible, tuck away arm like this for a couch, but getting enough motion to get it over the arm and still tuck away does not work out.

Like a 4 bar linkage? Or 6? Nothing to hold the weight once you turn it sideways... it just falls to its lowest position. If you could show me one with some gas struts in it to balance the load, then I'm interested.

Problem with that is 1) expensive and 2) only holds one monitor, so with 2 you have the additional hassle of trying to line them up once you get them both into position. I'd prefer a mount where the 2 monitors relation to each other is fixed.

For GRM money start at Monoprice instead of Amazon, but pay with Paypal or a temporary credit card since they are known to get hacked relatively often.

The Ergotron stuff is the gold standard for monitor arm mounts. They sell all sorts of configurations and accessories for them too. They have a dual mount adapter for the end of the arm, I've got one but it's for the older 200 series mounts. I have an articulating arm like this (but older) on my desk right now. Your problem - other than cost - is going to be range of motion. They don't move down more than 8" or so and that's probably not enough for your setup.

From center line of the mount point on the monitor how far down do you need it to go? Keep in mind the bottom of the monitor will stick down below the center line of the mount.

I've had good luck buying Ergotron stuff on eBay. It wasn't cheap but it was much less expensive. (Like $150 or so for the dual mount system with arm and all.)
