Those are gulls, its O.K. for cops to give their doughnuts to gulls. The FOP endorses that type of behaviour.

I went to first grade in East Hampton.

yeah I knew they were gulls (realized after I'd posted) just didn't know they were on the approved doughnut sharing list

I got to observe a field sobriety test a few weeks ago. As the cops asked the driver to walk the straight line, he said, "I can't do it. I'm too drunk".
