Early stages of planning a longshot GRM relay; TX to PA

About 15 years ago I bought a basket case Baja boat and fixed it up.  When I left TX I sold it to my friend cheap instead of transporting it.  That friend has since moved to ME and has decided to give the boat back to me, but he left it at a friend's house in TX.  Not sure exactly where, but central TX - near Waco/Killeen

If someone were coming north with a 2" ball, I can slip you some money if you want to drag it.

The good:  it's only a 19' boat and weighs about 3200 lbs with the trailer.  Tows like a dream because the trailer is a bit overkill

The catches:  Tires are 15 years old, bearings probably need a checking/repacking, not sure if I can get the registration sorted remotely.

We can negotiate a satisfactory price for assess/prep/transport.  Other possibility is to put it on a deckover or a rollback and skip all the pitfalls.

I know this is a longshot, but thought I'd put it out there.

Where in Pa ? I'm in Arkansas but have family in the Buffalo area.  But it will be spring before we go back up there.  

Is this the same dude in the Austin Tx area where I went to fetch your 66 poncho???

A friend gave me a boat and left it somewhere in TX but not sure where.  Can someone bring it east?
