Nope, that's not who I am thinking of. Hint: this guy got involved in a flame war with AaronBalto (another long ago name) which was what started the whole thing and was instrumental in the 'Ban SUVs' thread which nearly touched off a nuk-u-lar war. He would get banned and kept coming back under different names for a few days until somehow he was made to see the light.
Even after that for the next couple of years he would occasionally pop in and leave an incendiary post, always with a picture of Big Gay Al in it.

If that's the same one I'm thinking of, she was wanting the FL state legislature to pass a surcharge on all motorsports so the money could be used to teach kids about the dangers of street racing.
She's still at it, BTW. I recently saw her on the NPR message boards trying to lobby for the same stuff.
