Any tips on how to find a shop that does this? I see lots of places that will do it by mail. I'd much prefer to drop off my injectors at a local shop and pick them up a day or two later.
(S2000 continues to throw error codes. I'm increasingly convinced it's gummy injectors.)
Marren does it if you are close. Otherwise, it only takes a day or two to send them and get them back.

Never heard of Marren. I'm in Columbus.
Any recomendations on particular outfits that are better or worse to send the injectors off to?
Marren and RC Engineering are the two companies that I see recommended consistently. I have first-hand experience with RC Engineering, and it was very positive.
Maureen Fuel Injection is in Central Ct. I've been to their shop & had good experiences as their customer. I think they also offer expedited service.

Try and find your local industrial diesel shop. The guys who service heavy machinery and generators. While they specialise in diesel injectors, I guarantee the guys working there will at the very least be able to point you in the right direction for what is local.
I use my local CAT generator indy shop for hot tanking and steam cleaning radiators, wheels, intercoolers, etc.
Oh, also i bet your local honda dealership would have the ability to flow test and clean the injectors in the car.
Marren gets my vote. They did a nice job on my Miata injectors in a short turn around time and at a reasonable price.
I've used RC Engineering with good results, but this guy is in NW Ohio and does good work.
