Found out today that I have a slight chemical burn on my eyeball. Ow.
Well, duh. Where is it? Is the cornea OK? Thats the part you see through. A problem with the sclera will heal.

I just finished the job I was trying to do when I maimed myself, using a super glue bottle with a brush this time. I looked away while opening the bottle anyway. While brushing the glue on, I got a brief tinge of pain in my left eye...might be a coincidence or just in my head, or maybe I flicked a little droplet of super glue in there with the brush...I took the opportunity to use the eye wash kit I got, for safety...
Next time, take the opportunity to wear the safety goggles you should have got. Doesn't it say on the super glue tube "Always wear safety goggles, haz-mat suite, respirator, chemical proof gloves...?" So, it's like your fault for not following safety directions.
Anyway, the sclera will heal. You'll live and see again.
