I just deleted Asphalt 7 from my tablet, due to it losing my save twice in a month. Anyone found anything good? I don't require it to be a unending tweakfest, but a nod to realism is always nice.

There is a tread to the real racing 3 that I started last month and just posted to a couplemof days ago. Great game and not bad. I play on my tablet but the down side is the download times take some time to get done. Easy to play and I love it.
RR3 won't work on a Samsung Tablet. Weird. I had Carmageddon, didn't really do it for me. I've had (and beaten) CSR Racing on the Iphone.... I don't know what I''m going to do.

I'd say so. It gets easier, with the combo of upgrades and all-around better cars. Maps also get more interesting too.
I pretty much never play to win races. Usually demolishing opponents and having fun exploring the maps.
RR3 is SHOCKINGLY good for a free phone app. I am obsessed, and it's teaching me better apexing because offroad excursions are just not tolerated in that game. Shame it won't work on your tab.

Does it need a constant internet connection? I've been getting bored with my current game selection and could use something new when I need to kill time, but where I'm at often doesn't has good service.

Not to play, but the updates take forever and eat a lot of data if you're not on WiFi.

If you are not on the internet when you race it's not as challenging because you're playing time-shifted racing when on line.
I just did the update that totally changes the interface outside of the actual racing. Not a total fan of the update, but it's still a great game. Each car really does drive totally different. I'll tell you what. I just couldn't drive the Ford GT to save my life, but other mid-engine cars are ok. Interesting.
I was over on the message board for rr3 this week and the constant thing is everyone hatesvthe new updste cause they screwed a bunch of stuff that poeople had and lost outvon gold, and cash bonus anf someother stuff like the way cars are working now. The treads about it where very nasty in everyone agreeing the new up date sucks. I guess ever the comments in the download secrtion reveiws arevsaying it sucks. I am still out on the subject.
I think the update makes life a lot easier. It sucks that one race can take a car down for an hour+ for servicing, but the clean race bonus is nice- and it seems that the racing isn't as unbalanced as it was. I was forever running into cars that were clearly spoofed and doing things no normal game should have allowed it to do.
I further agree that the cars DO drive differently. I find I'm liking the BMW's particularly.
