I'm thinking more along the lines of a Dave & Buster's with a bodacious Indoor Water Park,Indoor Kart Track and Mini-Golf. Keep the family happy (occupied) while the parking lots, football and baseball fields are being used for moto-x/auto-x,car shows, pic-a-nic's etc.
Family, shmamily, check them at the gate

Total population of the town is only 600, so we could take over all city government and create our own country, apply for federal aid and be RICH!!!!
Develop into low rent apartments...
Sell to county

I love how you guys are actually taking this semi-seriously .
Also, If you were to hold regular autocrosses in the parking lot, would that be a way out of taxes? Under the guise of a public recreational facility or something.
The Ohio School which is basically in metro Youngstown, is about 30 minutes from Nelson Ledges Road course.
Travel the other way and it is 20 minutes to Sharon Speedway a 3/8 mile dirt oval.
40 minutes south to a drag strip.

The offices of Summit Racing is about an hour away.
Beaver Park autocross course is 1 hour for autox, rallyx, and carts http://www.beaverun.com/
Mid Ohio is just over 2 hours away.
Of course the school sits in a town with a fishing lake.
Overall, not a bad spot for Motorsports.
So who's the closest to take a first hand look at the high school?

Being a Floridian that has traveled a bit, I have REALLY noticed that the young girls tend to get heavier the farther north you go. A trip to Road America really showed me that.
I have noticed that as well when I went to Wisconsin I noticed there was a abundance of good looking fatties.
This woman...
...does not like where this is going.

That's Janet Reno, local girl that did good. Very unpopular for some things she got into that were beyond her control, but here in SoFla she had a reputation as being incorruptible. That's one reason so many pols didn't like her, they could not influence or control her. Drives a red pickup, lives in a house her Daddy built himself. Lot's of respect for her. I know I'm going to be flamed for saying this, so go ahead.
I wonder if we could qualify as a cult.... errr church, we would all be attending the church of the orange cones every Sunday after all.
Hell I'm in, and you know you want to Luke.
The eBay auction won't work on my phone, how far west is the high school? It does get cold here in OK, but usually it doesn't get below 20 more then a few times a year.
Although we did get nailed with a blizzard last week, some parts of the state got more than a foot of snow in 12 hours.
Western part of the state will have near 100 high temps for 2+ months a year and is much drier then the NE part of the state. Pretty flat too
only roadcourse we have is Hallet, about 30 minutes west of Tulsa. Quite a few tracks in Texas, only a few hours away.

It shouldn't take too long to get heat up and running, and the matching Snuggies should help as well.
