How about showing a better pic of that "pair of nippers that i am not sure what they are for"?
I think it would make a good "guess this tool" challenge!

I'm a fan of making what we call North-meets-south punch. Iced tea, real maple syrup or maple liqour, and bourbon. MMM...
Also realized, there should have been some small lights in there. They're a pair of led's w/ handy threaded bodies. Did they get lost in the packing materials perhaps? I'll check again here. They work well to add illumination in the bay or interior map/dome lights.

Nope! got em. I was writing from photo-memory while jet lagged and forgot to mention them
Iced tea, maple syrup, and bourbon huh? Sounds like a great excuse to swing by the liquor store after work!
In reply to Robbie:
The hole Looks like it made it ok, can't say it's missing anything I was throwing stuff in there over the course of a week. Oh, I think there were some RockAuto magnets in there as well.
Visors from a 6th gen Honda Accord, brake lines for 2004 Jetta GLI(?) fronts, thought I sent Toyman the set but apparently he only got the rears last year. Einstein toy was part of the Night at the Museum movie promo, almost kept it for myself , finger skateboard... I was never able to ollie or kick flip on a real or finger board. Sockets are adapters for LED map/interior lights, I bought a bunch of the LED lights awhile back and they sent me 3 adapters for each bulb, Denso grease came with o2 sensors. Hope you enjoy!
In reply to DuctTape&Bondo:
Makes sense on the led adapters! And thanks for the note about the grease - if it came with o2s it is more than likely anti-seize, which would NOT work as dielectric grease. Thanks again! Great gifting!
Edit: DUH! I have a 2005 Honda Odyssey with a tan interior!! I knew these visors looked familiar - I bet they bolt right on. I might have to do a swap just cuz. Ha!
I almost forgot (and I believe it got left out of the picture...)- mine also came with a small can of WD-40, which just got used to quiet the hinges on a door.

I had a feeling the cookies weren't going to survive when I saw all the packing peanuts still on the table when I sealed the box.

That's OK- with as many cookies as I ate while at the in-laws over Christmas it's probably better for my waist that they didn't survive!
I found a slightly damp package (giggity) on my porch when I got home from work; thanks t25torx! Forgive the slightly blurry phone pics.
oops, finger selfie.
My magnets took a field trip from their box during shipping
The haul:
Oiler - forgot to take pics because I put it near my air compressor immediately, oops!
4 coils for a toyota; one shorter than the others?
3 excuses to buy new vehicles, I mean oil filters
some fuses, 2 head unit wiring adapters
2 LED bulbs (Yay! We all love LEDs)
2 SAAB lock actuators? I'm guessing
box of magnets, assorted colors
zippo, out of fuel like every other zippo I've ever had
12v plug from something Toyota
Quick disconnect
2 extractor thingies for Molex (had to google these...cool! Much easier than my typical break everything method)
bearing for something
tensioner pulley
1 small switch, 1 small switch-looking thing in a box, and 2 small switch looking things - no clue wtf these are for
2 coax connections, set of cables, and a ground isolator
Time to do some googling and find out what some of these treasures are...thanks again!
A hungarian friend of mine made a "license plate flipper upper" for his motorcycle with some lock actuators very similar to those! (in Hungary speeding tickets come via speed camera)
Nice haul!
Yay the box made it there intact! Hopefully those filters will cross reference to one or more of your vehicles. I know one is for an LS motor so if you don't have something with an LS you now have a reason. The coils are from a 2ZZGE motor, so get a Lotus and you'll have backups.
The SAAB lock actuators are pretty generic reversing polarity units and can be used for any number of cool stuff or adding power locks to a car without them. The 2 little switch looking things are actually 2 wire female/male surface mount plugs.
Just took a look through this thread. Two thoughts:
-I am SO in on this next year!
-Dat Sega Sports Dreamcast... Those are pretty rare! I used to have one, until someone stole it from me. Google "DC Emulation" if you want to figure out how to play old NES games on it.
Seriously, this looks like a ton of fun. Carry on!

And it shipped with my favorite Dreamcast racing game in it... I assume the recipient hasn't posted much lately because he's busy kicking ass in some custom assembled "carrozzeria" ride

Don't forget to buy Chu Chu Rocket.
RedGT wrote: Got mine today. Some kind of LCD screen 2 casters Irwin clamps ARP assembly lube (hilarious due to some recent experience with it) Automatic float charger which is perfect for my stored Miata right now Gloves that once belonged to Cam Heat shrink tubing, big domestic rad cap, flasher, battery shutoff switch, a rockauto magnet of course and a set of those finicky old school standard ratcheting wrenches. Oh and a pretty nice-operating tape measure that was never supposed to be removed from home depot. Cool stuff, thanks!
Ha... yup, those gloves belonged to Curtis Alan Mittong. We were doing a lumber loading safety class at Home Depot and they gave us those gloves. I ended up never wearing them, so consider them to be an autographed pair for when I'm insanely famous. Same goes for the tape measure. I ended up having one on my belt many nights leaving work which I didn't discover until I went to put my seat belt on. Last count I had 6 of them.
The LCD screen was going to go into an old station wagon project that I converted to a little RV, but the LCD part never happened.
Enjoy!

That thing is getting peaked and some hot finals added. You can get a clean 20 watts out of them.
You're welcome, I ended up with so much random stuff too nice to junk but not worth trying to sell for a few bucks, so I'm glad someone else can use it.
The bullethole stickers were a very awesome addition. The show I just finished building included an aluminum road sign for Laramie Wyoming. The designer wanted bullet holes in the sign and your box showed up the same day. Unfortunately, the sign that the company delivered was the wrong size (ended up being 12" x 18" instead of 3' x 5') so we didn't use it. If I finally find a beater truck to buy, guess how I'll be covering the dings
Since I've not seen it posted here yet, I hope the box I sent didn't get lost in the mail.
Also- is it wrong that I'm already collecting things for next year?
I have it on good authority that your box arrived, but the recipient hasn't had a chance to post here yet.
Also: No. I have a pretty good pile going already
