Several days ago a box arrived at my house from St George UT. I assumed it was for me, because it was addressed to "Legendary Dork". For those who don't know, St George is the patron saint of curious monkeys.
The box was adorned with many small drawings and quips such as "This box has been around. Reminds me of you." A wee horned hand with metal bracelet:

and my favorite, "Unsafe at any speed" written on the bottom, so it can only be read when the box is upside down. Well done!
And now, on to the contents. First up, another box! Yes, a GRM NYG legacy box from many years past.

There was a list of "to" and "from" zip codes inside one flap, but I didn't take a pic of it before sending both boxes to my recipient.
Inside we find many exotic treasures, such as:

A connecting rod from an unknown application, a wrist band, and a hammer without a handle (which I guess makes it a dolly).

a partial ratchet strap and a plumbing repair kit which looks to me like for a toilet supply line?

stickers, coozies, and a p!pe b0mb end cap.
banana clip for a Goat Guns toy AK (how did you know?!?!), an accessory drive belt (fun fact, the number 060735 tells you it's a 6-rib belt that's 73.5 inches long, and the smaller number 6PK1867 tells you it's a 6-rib belt that's 1,867 mm long. And yes, 73.5 in * (25.4 mm / 1 in) = 1,867 mm). Some misc hardware including some kind of key-like tool I can't identify, and an angled head hex driver.

a guitar pick holder shaped like a guitar (AK2 will certainly steal this when she gets home from school in April), some nerd dice, bike lock, license plate, and some organic red bell pepper seeds that I am definitely planting soon.

drum sticks (berkeley yeah!), a Utah license plate with slogan-appropriate frame, a laminated dollar for use at the Windsor Ballet, and the ubiquitous 10 mm socket assortment.

a high quality knit cap which appears to be handmade. A bit snug on my melon, but AK1 has already claimed it.

another handmade knit cap which fits perfectly and is warm AF, and made me feel positively adorable. And then, I guess my secret Santa must have an IKEA in town, because I got:

a motherberkeleyin' DIY potato chip kit. Some disassembly required. So I did:

and

with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper. Delicious!
Top shelf box, you barefoot cyborg. Thank you.
