An Exocet with a big nerf gun ought to do it.

So now I'm thinking that a combination laser tag/karting would be awesome. They can already electronically control the speed on rental karts, so all we need is blasters on the front and targets on the back. Shoot your buddy and he loses power for a three count. Then you get around him and he tries to catch up and shoot you. Serious fun could be had.

I think the adult verion would ACVW buggies with 3rd person turret mount armed with a paintball gun.
