Help for the Homeless

Ok, this is a shameless plug---but it's a damn good cause.

Next weekend I'll be racing in a 4-hour kart enduro at Autobahn Country Club in IL. This event--- "Drive for 75" raises $$ for a homeless shelter in Dupage County IL. It's a fantastic charity, well run, and it truly makes a difference in people's lives, every day.

Want to combat all the negativity going on these days? Help someone less fortunate. Here's your chance. Every dime helps, so if you can, please donate. You are all welcome to come on out and hang with team PB&J's at the race on June 26th. It's a great time, for a fantastic cause!

My dad worked pads in Downers Grove - he became good friends with a few regulars. Other nights he had one or two characters but overall I agree it's a great program. I'll see what I can do on payday.

I was on the south course with Windy City BMW CCA a month ago. Unfortunately, I did cubic dollars of body damage spinning into the tire wall at turn 3-- the "Million Dollar Corner."

It really was fun up to that point. And the impact still didn't shake loose my kidney stone.
