Here's your semi-dangerous afternoon project.

A grill igniter, PVC, Duct tape and a water bottle....and alcohol.

Well, that only took about 5 minutes to try...

I have a suggested improvement though. As it stands the "rocket" only flies about 10'.

So, I substituted glass beer bottles, filled with gasoline, stuffed a rag, ignited and thrown. Doing it that way... it goes about 100' and completely engulfs the target on impact. Very satisfying.
