Just want 'em hot and fresh. If I have any with me (don't laugh, like the ad says good on everything), a sprinkle of Tony Cachere's Creole seasoning. Back on topic, I like vinegar, mayo or hot sauce.

I prefer fries on the side with my ketchup. No sogginess, and adequate ketchup/fry ratio!

Also I never tried sweet potato fries til I moved out of CA, and what a shame I missed out on years of delicious fries! Nicely crisp (but not burnt) sweet 'tater fries with ketchup are AMAZING!
