I need something to add a little flavor to my lunches. I made a big batch of lunch wraps and it came out a little bland and I have 16 frozen that I'm going to need to eat.
The wraps consist of Rice, Black Beans, Pinto Beans, Green Beans, Green Chilis, Diced Tomatoes, Banana Peppers, Shredded cheese and a little chopped Onion . I put a little Garlic powder, Black pepper and a tiny bit of Cayenne Pepper in it but it's still lacking in flavor.
I tried a little ketchup today and it didn't go with it too well. Part of me thinks Ranch may go well with it, but I don't know. What would go well?
A garlic sauce of some type. I also like a chipotle sauce of some kind.

This is amazing. Smoky, tart, plenty of flavor. Not for the weak at heart. Bonus- it works really well in a habanero ranch mix.
Dexter from the Offspring makes some delicious hot sauces. Buy a sampler pack and try a few.

Yes! The El Yucateco Kutbil-ik is my go to sauce for just about everything.

I don't get too fancy. Go with Tapatio.
If you're on the cheap, any Italian dressing would help. I started using a no name Louisiana hot sauce as an added kick to my meals.
Something like this. It's the generic brand of a grocer here in Texas, but I'm sure you can find similar.
Just a few drops for a hint, more depending on the kick you want. It's just vinegar and spices, but helps to add some simple flavor.

Thanks all
I'll be heading to the store in about an hour. It's tough not having tasted any of these before. I'll let you know what I find.
Guacamole on that, or salsa, or both.
I haven't gotten sauced in a while. Gotta do something about that.
I liked the sound of the Tiger sauce so I got that and the Louisiana Hot sauce was only $.50 so I got that too.
Here is a useless picture that I took of two bottles of sauce, then downloaded to my photobucket account so I could post it here.
Hot Pepper Plant
This stuff is tremendously good.

Myself, I would suggest a dead animal of some sort to start with, maybe of the Bacon genus, but if not an option, this stuff makes stuff edible. Little sweet for my own taste but popular none the less
I was just going to ask this question but with one extra:
I need cheap plentiful SIMMER sauces.
For a minute I though "They sell Hill Country Fare outside of Texas?"
(didn't realize you were in Temple)
I'll admit that my liking it may be influenced by it's price.....
Regardless, it'll give them some kick and keep you going.

That's the ticket! Try that Tiger Sauce on a homemade burger off the grill.
For cooking I like Dave's Insanity Sause. Be careful or you will want to rip out your tongue.

I once downed a bottle of that stuff on a dare, it could explain my medical issues.
Pickapeppa is awesome stuff. Sriracha is terrible and only belongs on canned ham or similar quality proteins in my opinion. I don't understand the obsession. I do like knowing that when you see it used by someone in a show on food network though, that they're going home faster than someone who uses the ice cream machine on chopped. Both elements are traps.
