Who is interested in working with a ground-level startup. Probably 10 ish hours per week of commitment. Very negotiable wages/equity if you are our kind of person. Doesn't matter where you live.
pm me please if you or someone you know is interested!

This is an excellent question and one reason why I need one (I can't answer that well).
Expect the work to be heavy web and java application development. But general developyness and willingness to figure it out will go a long way.
Full-stack. The development equivalent of "jack of all trades". Not just development, but being able to do real QA, documentation, demo's, etc.
I don't know of anyone off hand, but if you get big enough that you need a manager, lemme know!!

see, and I thought it meant "ALL the pancakes".
FWIW, I'm looking for the same thing. Probably only like 5 hrs/wk through.
I may be able to spare 5-10 hours a week. I'll send you a message.
